This luxury private condo is in Zona Romantica, it is a perfect location. No highways to cross and on level ground. No need for a car if you do not want to have one. There is private underground parking. You can walk to the beach, shops and excellent restaurants easily within 5 minutes. The complex has a Fitness center and Spa, a beautiful pool area and is very quiet, It is an extremely well maintained new complex and pride of ownership by the residents is apparent. This unit is contemporary in nature, very well appointed with lovely art and furnishings. The views from the terrace make for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. You have the full nightly firework show at your front door! Everything you would need it supplied, washer, dryer, beach towels, sunscreen! The maid comes in once a week unless you require more days. Owner is availlable from December to March to collect you from the airport and take you to your vacation spot.
