Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Our rates vary according to number of occupants and the season. please call for rates.
- A $500 security deposit is required at the time a reservation is made.
- The rental fee is required paid in full 30 days prior to the start of the rental.
- The security deposit is returned at the end of the rental if all is well with the property.
- We require a 30 day cancellation notice and the deposit will be returned.
- We will return security deposit if we are able to re rent the property.
- If you have pets, they are welcome but the security deposit is $750 instead of $500. - Our rates vary with the time of year and how many people will be coming so please e-mail for current rates.
