A signed rental agreement with a $200 security deposit is required to hold reservation. Full rental amount due 30 days prior to check-in. $200 security deposit will be refunded via check after return of the rental keys and upon satisfactory inspection of the premises.$50 charge for lost keys.Credit card payments are accepted via pay pal. I also accept personal checks within 30 days of your check in date. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance will require full payment at booking time.Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in. $200 Security Deposit will be refunded only if the condo can be re-rented for that time period. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation forfeit the $200 security deposit.
