I also accept personal checks within 30 days of your check in date. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance will require full payment at booking time.Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in. $200 Security Deposit will be refunded only if the condo can be re-rented for that time period. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation forfeit the $200 security deposit.
Please note that I do NOT accept any type of money orders, payment via Western Union or through a third party agent and/or any international inquiries. You must have a valid US address and email address to make inquiries about this property. - Minimum of 2 nights required during non-peak season. Nightly rentals do not include the 10% SC Taxes and a $50 departure cleaning fee. Only weekly rentals are allowed during Summer and Peak months. Rentals are Saturday-Saturday only! No exceptions.
