Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 8% State and Deschutes County Lodging Tax (DCC #400)
- 50% rental deposit due upon making reservation, Balance due 30 days before arrival date.
$500 security/damage deposit (returned via mail two weeks after departure).
$156 cleaning fee.
Checks preferred. Credit Cards accepted for additional 3% fee.
$25 fee for lost keys or lockout.
Rates subject to change without notice. - High Season (June 15 thru Labor Day, Memorial Day and Spring Break): $375/night, 4-night minimum stay (ask about shorter fill-in dates),
Holidays (Christmas thru New Year's Break: $495/night, 3-night minimum stay).
Thanksgiving: $375/night, 3 night minimum.
All Other Times: $255/night, 2 night minimum stay.
