Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly cleaning fee of $165 per week required on all extended stays (anything over 9 days).
- All rentals are subject to a security deposit in addition to the rent. Your security deposit will be held by the owner as a reservation guarantee and then as security on the property. All deposits are returned promptly after departure and inspection of property.
- Our refund policy is: with 60 days advance cancellation you will receive a full refund minus $110 processing fee. With 59-30 days advance notice a 50% penalty will apply. With 30 days or less advance notice there is no refund. However, if we are able to rebook your dates to someone else, any rent received from the new party will be credited to you up to your original rate or applied penalty.
