Hudson House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Minimum 4 night stay required. Cleaning fee of $85 on all bookings less than 7 nights all rates plus $20 booking fee and 9% tax. $200 security deposit required to confirm reservation. Deposit is refunded 7 days after departure subject to housekeepers report. Rental payment due one month before arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Cancellation policy: Once $200 security deposit and confirmation has been processed no refunds for cancellation for whatever reason. Once rental payment received one month before arrival no refunds for cancellation, however security deposit will be refunded at this stage. In the event that dates canceled can be re-sold to another guest you will receive a full refund of either amount paid less the $20 booking fee.
