Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

June 21 - August 29 $1150/week (weekly only).
Aug 30- Oct 28 $750/week.
Off season 2-night rate is $200*.
3+ nights available off-season at $100* per night.
Multiple week rental discount for same party rental.

$5- cleaning fee ; $200 refundable security/damage deposit.
