Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- NOTE: For Christmas, New Years and Presidents Day Holiday Rate applies at $2500/wk and $375/night
- Rates do not include 9% VT State Room tax. A security deposit of 25% of total rental charge will be added to the price. Assuming no damage occurs, the deposit will be returned within 7 days of checkout.
