My family and I own 4 condos at Papakea now, 2 of which are in the 'A' building. We think 'A' is the best - the perfect combination of a direct ocean front condo in a very desirable resort. - Cancellations: If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your trip, a full refund minus $50 cancellation fee will be issued. If you cancel all or a portion of your dates inside 60 days, the refund is based on our ability to re-sell your reserved dates, minus $50 cancellation fee. For holiday season reservations (involving Christmas and/or New Years), the no-refund cancellation window is 120 days, or 4 months out instead of 2 months out.
