fees: 160 euro fee for the end-of-stay cleaning and linens/towels laundry
recent review: After 3 years (and many weeks) of renting the apartment at rue Meyerbeer we consider it “chez nous” many thanks to Paul for making it possible. The apartment is central, has lovely amenities and has always added to our “bons souvenirs de Nice” merci! Tony and Kathy Koshi
