A complete remodel finished Nov 2004 has put this building into the severe rubberneck head turning category. On the outside you'll notice the copper roof, stainless steel, glass, slate, and stucco in this form make a phenomenal architectural statement. Once Inside, floor to ceiling windows with direct ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom will captivate you. You might also notice the 42 in. Plasma TV, top notch stainless steel fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and sheet granite counter tops. What really sets this place off though are the waves crashing into your front yard/beach, viewed from your private patio. The view is just as entertaining from the living room with the 14ft wide window, or while lying in bed in the master bedroom. My personal favorite is lying in bed at night watching a movie on the High Definition 100 in. Projector TV, then raising the projector screen in the morning via remote and the waves are crashing right in front of you again
