This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath beautifully restored historic home sits in the heart of Downtown Beaufort, the town Southern Living Magazine calls the 'Best Small Southern Town'. This home is located in Downtown Beaufort's Old Point, and less that 8 miles from Parris Island. The house is less than 3 blocks from the water and all of the shops and restaurants of Downtown Beaufort. Our home is very unique and is truly one of a kind! Once the old “North Street Aquarium” this home has been completely renovated with tiled and hardwood floors, impressive antiques from Bali, Indonesia, and other Sea Islands of the world, and The kitchen is fully equipped, and has new stainless steel appliances. The house has a Master Suite with a king bed, private bathrooms with Jacuzzi tub, and a flat screen LCD TV.     Linens and towels are included if you are willing to wash and dry them before your departure. If you do not wish to do so, you may bring your own, or we can wash and dry them for $20.

This home is located in the center of Beaufort’s Old Point, and a short drive to Parris Island. The city is rich in History and Beauty. You can enjoy afternoon cocktails on one of the two large porches while watching horse drawn carriage rides pass. Walk downtown to one of the various shops or restaurants, and watch the sun set in Beaufort’s Waterfront Park. This is a vacation and a special home that is like no other!

This home makes the perfect location for families of Parris Island Graduates to celebrate and enjoy a great vacation.
