Cleaning fee is additional if less than a 7-night stay ONLY.
Credit card payments incur a transaction charge by HomeAway for processing. Fee is 2.5% but subject to change.

- The Captain's Quarters (master bedroom) is located on the FIRST floor and is private from the rest of the cottage. It is a larger room with a cherry four-poster bed, king mattress, ceiling fan, great water views, large private bathroom (stall shower), full size washer/dryer, 2 dressers and closet. ~ At the other end of the cottage is the First Mate's Suite which is also on first floor. The suite is newly redecorated with sea glass colors and is bright and cheery. It has a gas fireplace, queen mattress, built in bookcases, ceiling fan, dresser, closet and a private, newly remodeled bathroom with shower/tub combo. ~The Crew's Quarters encompasses the entire second floor twin beds, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, dresser two closets, a private bathroom with shower/tub combination, a small balcony with a view of the waterfront and in the distance the village of Wiscasset (beautiful at night). All bedrooms offer excellent privacy, comfort and convenience
