Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $300 Refundable Damage Deposit Required.
- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Other terms considered but at a premium rate.
Rental inquiries are accepted year round however the rental season is May-November.
Rentals are not guaranteed until a deposit is received. Potential guests are allotted 7-days from date of rental agreement to submit deposit. If a deposit is not received within the 7-day period the week may be released to another party.
Check-in 4pm Check-out 10am. If schedule permits early arrival/late departure requests may be accommodated. If agreed upon, no fee will be charged.
Cleaning fee is additional if less than a 7-night stay ONLY.
Credit card payments incur a transaction charge by HomeAway for processing. Fee is 2.5% but subject to change. - For weekly and weekly + rentals, we DO NOT charge a separate service/cleaning.
We do not charge an application fee.
We do not charge extra for amenities such as grill, lawn games, dvd.

- The Captain's Quarters (master bedroom) is located on the FIRST floor and is private from the rest of the cottage. It is a larger room with a cherry four-poster bed, king mattress, ceiling fan, great water views, large private bathroom (stall shower), full size washer/dryer, 2 dressers and closet. ~ At the other end of the cottage is the First Mate's Suite which is also on first floor. The suite is newly redecorated with sea glass colors and is bright and cheery. It has a gas fireplace, queen mattress, built in bookcases, ceiling fan, dresser, closet and a private, newly remodeled bathroom with shower/tub combo. ~The Crew's Quarters encompasses the entire second floor twin beds, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, dresser two closets, a private bathroom with shower/tub combination, a small balcony with a view of the waterfront and in the distance the village of Wiscasset (beautiful at night). All bedrooms offer excellent privacy, comfort and convenience
