Guests responsible for international bank transfer fees assessed by sending and receiving banks.
Peak seasons: $2800 per week. Other times: $2500 per week. Minimum one week stay at peak periods. - Half of total rental fee is due within seven days of booking; remaining half plus $300 security deposit is due 60 days prior to occupancy. Half of booking deposit will be returned on cancellations more than 60 days in advance of occupancy. Refunds are not possible within 60 days of arrival date, except in cases of severe, documented emergencies, including an impending hurricane,. However, if we are able to rebook your canceled dates, we will refund the amount for the days that have been rebooked.

- Two queen bedrooms face the ocean, each with its own tiled private porch. The third bedroom faces large garden area—very leafy and green—and has its own sun deck. It sleeps four in a bunk and trundle arrangement. You will especially enjoy the unique beds and giant armoire made by a local craftsman. Quilted cotton comforters and 400-count sheets provide luxurious comfort.
