We issue you a key code so that you can enter your unit upon your arrival once you have paid for your stay.
We prefer checks or cash on arrival, debit and credit cards & also PayPal funds accepted with 5% fee to cover our processing costs.
We take checks as long as they arrive to us and can be deposited 35 days before your arrival.
You can send payments with your bank's 'bill pay' or 'pop money' services (names vary) usually at no cost to you or to us. If you must wire funds, it costs us $12 to accept and so please add the $12 fee to your payment to cover our cost to accept the payment.
- The rate quoted is for up to six people. Extra persons are $10/person/night.
There is a $25 surcharge for one night bookings.
When booking, remember you are buying NIGHTS. You do not book your departure day. Please note our check in and check out times -- we often have other people departing and arriving the same day you do the opposite; if you need to occupy earlier than our 3PM check in please book a night backward; if you need to occupy past our 12 noon check out please book a night forward.
When we send you a statement or quote the charges are clearly broken down for you to examine before you are charged or you send payment.
If you are arriving in 60 days or less and/or if the total amount is $500 or less, the whole amount will be due in one payment.
If your total amount is over $500 and you will be arriving in over 60 days, then you would need to put a $500 hold payment down, and then pay the balance 60 days before arrival.

- Master Bathroom: Shower is massive made by a long glass block wall which separates it from the main bathroom. The design of the bathroom divides the shower from the soaking tub from the toilet. The toilet room has its own door. Across from the shower and toilet is a double vanity with giant full mirror. In the same area is the sliding door into the large walk-in closet, which we have used to put an iron and board, extra blankets, sleeping mats, high chair and playpen/sleeper in to accommodate a wide range of our guests' needs.

Roll A Way - 1 twin/ single, folding
- Master Bedroom is quite large and could accommodate other sleeping fixtures like a roll-away or/and mats. The second bedroom is a two room suite with 2 full sized beds. On the back lanai is a futon sofa that converts to a sleeper. Existing furniture provides for 7 sleeping spots, and with roll a way there (kept in corner of Living/Great Room) there are 8 adult spots. There is a playpen/sleeper for those with kids along with a high chair stored in the walk in closet of the master bedroom.
