Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate ranges from $975 - $2500 base on length & season of stay. Limited weekly rentals.

Rate ranges from $975 to $2500 based on length & season of your interest. Limited weekly rentals available. Please contact owner for precise rate info to fit your individual needs. Half of the rent is due to reserve property and the balance, plus a $300 damage deposit (refundable within 10 days of your departure) and a $75 cleaning fee, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. No other fees are charged.
Should you cancel 30 days prior to arrival all funds are fully refunded. Cancellation with less than a 30 days notice will be charged a $300 administration fee. All other deposits will be refunded. - Long term rental (yearly) is also available. Rental rate for a yearly term is $2200 per month (fully furnished) plus all utilities. Screened in back patio & fenced back yard allows for your privacy as you relax, or just tossing a few on the grill. Enjoy it all, in this quite and very desirable neighborhood. Within minutes to shopping - from souvenirs to grocery. Casino ships, Cruise Line Terminals are all within a 20mins drive or, take off to the Orlando attractions & Theme Parks just 45 mins away.
Close to attractions: Cocoa Beach is world renowned for its sandy beaches. Home of the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. Within 20 mins drive to the Kennedy Space Coast, Cruise Terminals , 45 mins to the Orlando International Airport & Theme Parks, and 3 hours North of Miami/Ft. Lauderdale areas.
