Security deposit will cover theft, damage to unit, destruction of property, or key replacement. A $500 or 20 percent of total booking, (whichever is greater) holds the reservation-1/2 of rental also at the time of reservation,full payment is due 14 days before occupancy. No refunds for late arrival or early departure.

A full refund less $50 booking fee will be given for 30 days advance notification. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be issued a refund less $100. Cancellations 10 days prior: no refund.

- Large master bedroom and bath located upstairs. 2 twins and a set of bunks and a trundle are in bedroom 2 located on main level. The third bedroom is a beautiful sunroom with adorable wood stove fireplace, and a Murphy bed has incredible view of mountain range and glass ceiling for amazing star gazing. Fourth bedroom in upstairs loft.

Heber City Cabin Details
House Rules: The Log Cabin is a beautiful home which has very high quality construction and furnishings. The owner wishes to keep it this way for future tenants. Please understand that the owner reserves the right to ask a guest to leave who has broken house rules. 1. Please remember the home is limited to the occupancy specified on the contract. No more than 16 occupants. 2. Smoking is not allowed in the home. Smokers will be charged a $500 fee if smoking occurs, or if evidence of smoking such as butts are found in the home or property. 3. Missing or lost items, or damage to the home furnishings, or grounds will be charged to the guest occupying the unit at replacement value. 4. No pets are allowed in rental unit. Evidence of pets will incur a $500 penalty plus damage and cleaning fees. 5. Garbage is to be placed in plastic bags. Guest will need to deposit garbage bags into the trash receptacle at the entrance to Timber Lakes. 6. No firearms allowed in the home.
Check in time is 1 pm and check out time is 12 noon.
