Kiawah Island House Summary
The home is newly furnished. There are 3 Master bedrooms with King beds, one with 2 double beds and one with two twin beds. 4 full bathrooms. There are many wonderful sitting areas inside and out in this very spacious home. There is a beautiful screened porch with great views of the lagoon. The home features cable TV in all bedrooms and in the living room. There is a great stereo system. Wireless Internet is free. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils necessary. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer. The home overlooks a large lagoon teeming with wild life. Views from the home are spectacular from almost every room. Access to the beach is easy via bike trail called avenue of oaks, takes five minutes to beach. Activities on the island include the 11 mile beach to bike on, great tennis, golf and cycling, boating and fishing. There are wonderful restaurants and shopping on the island including the nearby 5 star Sanctuary Hotel. The city of Charleston is only 35 minutes away.

- The rooms are large and decorated very beautifully. Decor and bedding are first class. Mattresses are top of the line. Three of the bedrooms are masters with king bed and private bath. The downstairs master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub as well and walks out on to the back yard deck.
