- We require a 50% deposit of the total rental within 5 days of making reservation to hold your reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. A refundable $100 excessive cleaning/damage fee is also due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Property must be left as found. No damage, missing items or excessive cleaning to be done, for a total refund. Cancellation fee Deposit will be refunded, less a $100.00 cancellation fee. **Only if you give 30 days notice prior to the date of your reservation.**(No exceptions Please) No smoking and no pets. Sat to Sat rentals. 3:00 p.m. check in - 10:00 a.m. checkout. Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice
