- Spring, fall & summer (April 15-Nov 21) -- $4,000/week ($43662 tax incl) -- $5,000/week holiday weeks ($5452 tax incl)
Thanksgiving Nov 21-25, 2012 -- $5,500 ($5997 tax incl)
December (prior to Dec 21) -- 5 night minimum -- $850/night -- $4250 ($4634 tax incl)
Regular weekly rates during ski season: $10,500 ($11,450 tax incl)
Holiday weeks : $13,500 Dec 22-29, Dec 20-Jan5, Feb 16-23, Mar 23-30 ($14,721 tax incl)
Sundance (Jan 17-27, 2013) -- 5 night minimum / $2,500/night) ($13,631 tax incl)
12 hours of cleaning are included in above prices; additional hours will be billed @ $27/hour - Personal checks accepted as payment
