-- A security deposit of $250 is needed to secure your stay, and will be refunded within 10 days or less after your stay, assuming the cottage is in the same condition as it was when you arrived.
-- Upon cancellation of reservation, the security deposit is fully refundable if cancellation request is received more than 30 days prior to check-in and the cottage is re-rented for the same period. No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 30 days prior to check-in.
-- Full payment is required a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of occupancy.

- There are plenty of places to sleep at this camp, but we request that only six guests at a time stay. The sun porch room is for the early risers who love to commune with nature. The view of the pond is the first thing that you see in the morning and the moon and the stars over the otherwise completely darkened pond are the last thing that you see at night as you fall asleep to the sound of the frogs and crickets. The pine side room is a peaceful, private place to sleep in the back of the house tastefully furnished with antiques and a homemade quilt, with a window to catch the breezes off of the majestic white pines at the back of the camp. Boat side is a cozy, pine paneled room with a twin sized bed and antique chest and a game/book shelf perfect for the kids. The loft is a little nook over the living room with a skylight looking up into the stars and pine boughs. It is furnished with air mattresses and has a built in ladder /safety rail.
