No refund is available for any cancellation 14 days or less prior to your arrival. All reservations require a $300 security deposit for loss or damage, refundable within 7 days after checkout. There is a $500 security deposit for monthly stay. Any damaged or loss will be deducted from security deposit. $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is added to all reservation. Check in 3 PM.
