Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Deposit required (Refundable if cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to reservation date!)
- Summer Rates:
Weekly Rentals $1365.00
Friday, Saturdays & Holidays $225.00 (2 night minimum)
Sunday-Thursday Midweek Special $160.00 (4 night minimum)
These rates are much less than those charged by Double JJ. Enjoy Double JJ and save with 'unbundled' amenities, pay only for services and activities you use! Spectacular indoor/outdoor water park rates 'a la carte' and save $. Full day use: $24/adults, $20/children 4-12, children 3 and younger are free!
Enjoy Back Forty amenities with the purchase of a day or day/evening pass. Day/Evening activity passes are $25.00/day for adults, and $19.00/day for kids 4-12. Day only passes which are good until 4 pm, are $19.00 for adults, and $14.00 for kids 4-12. Many activities can be purchased a la carte, such as hay rides, pig roasts, rodeo admission etc. - No need to go to the JJ Resort check-in desk! Just go to our log home in the Back Forty and make yourself at home!

The main level features two additional bedrooms, One with a king sized Log bed and another with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV. The family room has a TV & DVD player for those very rare days when you'll want to relax inside, instead of exploring the Double JJ or local recreational facilities! Air conditioning throughout, and ceiling fans in family room and Master Suite.
