- $10 Fee for Each 3-Day Boat Pass (For Day Use Boat Launch and Dock) $150 Refundable Damage and Cleaning Deposit Required. Deposit is returned after check-out when cabin is found clean and without damage. Due to the fact that we don't have a cleaning fee and try to keep our rental rates affordable, we ask that renters bring their own sheets and bath towels. If renters are flying in and unable to bring sheets and towels, owner can supply them for an additional small fee.
