St Pete Beach Condo Summary
Enjoy our premium rated condo on the white sands of St Pete Beach. This 2 bedroom condo has a small view of the beach and of the Intracoastal. The elevator provides easy access to our fourth floor and you can enjoy the views from our front or back decks. Our complex has a beach side heated pool and hot tub, a great place for lounging or use the gas barbecue grills and picnic area to enjoy a relaxing lunch. This is a true beachcombers paradise for those who enjoy the beach. Watch the dolphins as you read a book on the beach. Volleyball, deep sea fishing, parasailing, boating, bird watching, shopping, are some of the many things to do nearby. The trolley will take you up and down the beaches and to St Petersburg Pier. Fort Desoto Park is nearby and Major League Baseball,a NFL Football are within a half hour drive. Busch Gardens is only 40 minutes and Disneyworld, Seaworld and Universal Studio are about 90 minutes. St. Pete Beach is a barrier island community and a major tourist beach. Just walk down the beach and you will find waverunner rentals, scuba diving, fishing and parasailing. You can take the Shelll Key catamaran to a secluded beach for great shelling or Egmont Key offers 440 acres of secluded beaches and historical attractions as well as a wildlife refuge. Historic Corey Avenue has a 5 and dime store, Kris Kringle's Christmas Shoppe and the Beach theater. St Petersburg Pier has a small aquarium plus galleries, live music venues and Baywalk. The Florida Aquarium is within a half hour as well as most major sports.

Two large windows for great views of the sand and French doors for privacy. There is a pull out queen sofa in the living room.

The condominium is like home. Walk right in and relax. The beautiful maple kitchen and bath cabinets and granite countertops spell luxury. The washer and dryer are great right there in your condo! Also an iron and ironing board are there for the last minute touch ups before enjoying one of the many great restaurants on the beach. If you overindulge in the good food, there is an exercise room on site for your convenience. There is a designated parking spot under the building for you plus an on site office for you to pick up your keys or have your boarding pass printed. Thinking of a small wedding on the beach or a small business conference, we can accommodate you. Try us and you will come back!
