Sunset Lakes Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Low season $695 per week 2nd Jan - 31st March, 17th April - 30th June, 6th Sept - 15th Dec (apart from Thanksgiving week charged at $150 per night or $950 per week.
Payment can be made in both $ or UK Sterling, rates to be agreed first with owner.
Please email owner direct for the rates for your specific dates. Special rates so please email me. - NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR THANKSGIVING 2009 DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE PLEASE CONTACT OWNER FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
If pool heating is required, this is charged in addition to the above rates and is currently $25 per day, recommended for the following periods, 1st October - 30th April.
Payment can be made by personal check, bankers draft, PayPal or bank transfer.
Once booking confirmed a deposit will be required $200 per week, and all payment is required 8 weeks before departure. A deposit of $400 per booking is required (refundable once the property has been checked for damage, breakages etc.)

- Our main master bedroom has a huge King size bed (6.5 ft) with matching dresser, side tables, ceiling fan & sliding doors out to the pool area. TV and luxurious en suite, with garden tub bath, walk-in shower, twin basins and walk-in closet. Master 2, has a Queen size bed, TV, closet, ceiling fan & en suite with bath, shower, twin basins. Our Disney themed twin bedded room, has TV & PlayStation, closet, and a door leading to a shared adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, basin etc. Twin room 2, has a nautical theme, closet, TV and door leading to shared bathroom. There is plenty of room in either master to fit a crib for our smaller guests, which is provided free of charge. All bedrooms are air conditioned and are tastefully decorated.
