- Certified bank checks preferred. Paypal accepted for last minute bookings and confirmations.
- $200 Security deposit required for reservation/confirmation. Security deposit is returned 10 days after cleaning and inspection. Rental payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellation Policy: If reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival date then full refund of security deposit. If canceled within 60-30 Days prior to arrival date then 50% refund of security deposit. If canceled within 30 days of arrival date then no refund of security deposit. Please ask if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
