Access to local community athletic center, Donner lake beach and boat rentals also included for a small charge.
Bicycles, snow shoes, inflatable rafts also available at the property. This property was featured on the cover of local magazines for its architectural beauty. Stereo system has speakers on all decks as well as living room, kitchen, and garage. Second Stereo system in cyprus master suite with speakers on private deck, in bedroom, and bathroom.
House is easily accessed off I80 and road is plowed early every morning as required. Plow service will also plow the driveway by 8AM every morning allowing easy access to the freeway and ski resorts regardless of weather conditions.
