The house is situated one block from the beach near the center of magnificent Hanalei Bay, and a five minute walk from quaint and historic downtown Hanalei with it’s wonderful array of restaurants, galleries and shops. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quarter-acre of lushly landscaped property adjacent to a conservation area. The setting is peaceful and quiet, offering a pastoral view of this beautiful nature preserve. You can see the mountains of Bali Hai, hear the ocean at night, and wake up to the sounds of the many different species of birds in the trees surrounding the property.

Hanalei Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates vary depending on how much of house is rented and time of year. $700-$4000 per week.
  • Rate for entire house is $3400 regular season, $4000 a week summer and Christmas/New Years, one week minimum in summer, two week minimum Christmas/New Years.
  • Ginger Studio - $125 a night, Plumeria 2BR Apt - $150 a night, Hibiscus 3BR 3BA - $230 a night. Special rates for two or more units rented together for larger groups.

Maluhia Hanalei is a single family home that has 3 separate units: Hibiscus Suite, 3BR, 2BA, upstairs half of the house. Very spacious open floor plan, wrap around lanais, can accomodate larger groups if renting the whole house; Plumeria, 2BR 1BA apartment, lovely private setting, patio, outdoor shower, Kinf bed, Queen bed; Ginger Studio, lovely private studio apartment, private lanai, will sleep 4, queen bed, double sleeper sofa. All three units can be rented separately or together to form one large home perfect for family reunions, weddings, etc. The setting is private and quiet, the views are tropical and lovely, and the location is ideal - one blcok to the beach and a 5 minute walk into Hanalei town.
