This brand new built 2300 square foot home is truly a seaside retreat. Minutes from the ocean, this home overlooks the tranquil marsh with abundant wildlife. With five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this home can easily accommodate 12 people. The larger master has a private screened porch overlooking the marsh. It also has a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate marble shower. The second master has a desk and is set up for DSL access for those of you that like to take your work with you. The family room has a 42 in. flat screen television complete with surround sound. Large sliding doors leading to the deck provide a beautiful view of the marsh. Enjoy cooking up your favorite low-country recipe in the huge gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is appointed with all the necessities from home. Upstairs has three additional bedrooms, each with their own private bath.
