- All rooms, large, breezy, and sunny. Nice hardwood floors with beautiful area rugs. All rooms have new ceiling fans. The house has central air but with ocean breeze and fans most people never even use it! The master bedroom has access to the 2nd floor deck. All mattresses are high quality Sealy Posturepedics '...house was in fine condition when we first moved in.
