- Entire unit was renovated in 2005 and new furniture added. The floors are all nice tile with area rugs. TV in living room is HDTV with VCR/DVD player. Master BR has TV with VCR/DVD player plus bed has a memory foam mattress that everyone loves. People comment that their aches seem to leave after sleeping here. The twin beds have a soft top but firm mattress that also is excellent for those aches. Queen sleeper is new as of 9/06.
