Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Tax is included in all rates and Cleaning. Bookings less than 6 nights incur £55 cleaning fee charge
- Villa rental is charged per week and is inclusive of electricity, water, air-conditioning, Wi Fi Internet, Cable TV,
Long Distance, International and local telephone calls FREE., All linens & Towels, use of large Gas BBQ etc. Cots, Highchair, Strollers and other baby items are all inclusive as are Beach towels, chairs, parasol & 3 sizes of cool boxes available.

Pool Heating £14.30 per day this is usually only required from November to April.
Items such as Welcome packs, Champagne & Flowers, Daily Maid Service can be made available at an additional charge. Request at the time of booking.
A Deposit of £150 per week is requested to confirm bookings along with a completed Booking form.
A Security Bond of £200 is payable when the final balance payment is made. The Security Bond is refunded back within 30 days of departure following inspection of the Villa by my Local Management Company.
For bookings under 6 nights a cleaning charge of £65 will be charged.

Payment can be paid in Pounds or Dollars via.Cheque, Crediit Card (PayPal) payments incur an additional 3.9%payment.
Direct Bank payments or Bank Transfers can be made direct to Bank Accounts in either USA or England.
