Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Tax is included in all rates and Cleaning. Bookings less than 6 nights incur £55 cleaning fee charge
- Villa rental is charged per week and is inclusive of electricity, water, air-conditioning, Wi Fi Internet, Cable TV, Free Intenation.
Long Distance, International and local telephone calls FREE., All linens & Towels, use of Gas BBQ etc. Cot, Highchair, Stroller and other baby items etc are all inclusive for guest use.

Pool Heating £14.30 per day this is usually only required from November to April.
Items such as Welcome packs, Champagne & Flowers, Daily Maid Service etc. can be made available at an additional charge. Please ask for details at the time of booking.
A Deposit of £150 per week is requested to confirm bookings along with a completed Booking form.
A Security Bond of £200 is payable when the final balance payment is made. The Security Bond is refunded back within 30 days of departure following inspection of the Villa by my Local Management Company.
For bookings under 6 nights a cleaning charge of £65 will be charged.

Payment can be paid in Pounds or Dollars via.Cheque, Crediit Card (PayPal) payments incur an additional 3.9%payment.
Direct Bank payments or Bank Transfers can be made direct to Bank Accounts in either USA or England.
