The master bath is appointed with a walk-in closet, 2 sinks, a double steam shower, and a laundry room. The 2nd bedroom is on the main level and is furnished with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is on the 1st floor with a custom Bristlecone log queen bed and a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom is on the 1st floor with a full bathroom, living room, kitchen, fireplace, and lake & Mt. views. The den is located on the main level and has a pullout couch. The recently renovated walkout basement is appointed with a 7th bathroom, cable TV, DVD player, pullout couch, and a foosball table. Finally, the house includes a two car garage. The house is family friendly, with a Pack 'n Play, high chair, booster seat, baby monitor, and child safety gates.

Ski: An hour from Denver and under 30 minutes to 5 world class ski resorts: 5 miles to Keystone, 10 to A-Basin, 12 to Copper, 15 to Breckenridge, and 30 to Vail. Beaver Creek is 40 miles away, Winter Park is 55, and Steamboat Springs is 90. Colorado Mountain Express provides shuttle service between Denver Airport and Frisco, which is 10 minutes away.
