The 3rd bedroom is on the 1st floor with a custom Bristlecone log queen bed and a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom is on the 1st floor with a full bathroom, living room, kitchen, fireplace, and lake & Mt. views. The den is located on the main level and has a pullout couch. The recently renovated walkout basement is appointed with a 7th bathroom, cable TV, DVD player, pullout couch, and a foosball table. Finally, the house includes a two car garage. The house is family friendly, with a Pack 'n Play, high chair, booster seat, baby monitor, and child safety gates.
