Our house is located in 300 acres of natural beauty on the beautiful gated community of Emerald Island. Conservation areas, lakes and nature trails make this one of the most sought after developments in Orlando. Emerald Island is one of the closest developments to Disney, just 5 minutes away. It is a 25 minute drive to Orlando Airport and 45 minutes to the beaches. There are 12 golf courses nearby. Within a mile are all the major restaurants, together with a wide selection of shops, banks, supermarkets, plus medical centers and mini golf. The clubhouse at Emerald Island offers a communal pool, tikki bar, games room, cyber cafe, lounge area, sauna and fitness room. Shuttle service to attractions. Concierge will book restaurants, tickets, etc You will never want to leave!!! So close to everything yet a tranquil paradise!
