(our rates have changed to reflect area market, and we have totally remodeled the kitchen, with all new walls, insulation, electrical, lighting, cabinets, beautiful backsplash, with under cabinet lighting, dishes, dining table, all new appliances, a convection microwave oven, 4 burner stove top, we have completely redone the floors, and repainted this apt. plus a brand new state of the art washer & dryer). - We have renovated and updated these Apt.'s their beautiful take a look at our guest comments.
New A/C, beds and appliances, Verizon DSL Wifi , 2 cable TVs, free local and long distance.
New King bed master bedroom and a excellent queen sleeper couch in the private lanai, there are 2 entrances for your bathroom for extra privacy, new appliances, ceiling fans, blinds, curtains, etc. etc.
I supply all towels, linens, paper products, soaps, shampoo's, detergents, sponges etc.
Your door opens right onto the beach, from anywhere in the Apt. you don't lose sight of the beach and crystal blue Gulf of Mexico waters while watching the fantastic sunsets every evening.
There are 2 other apt.'s available or if you need the whole complex we'll work on a special rate.
One of the greatest experiences is when you wake up in the morning or after a nap and you see the Gulf of Mexico waters sparkling and the white sands calling.

The lanai can be made private and has a queen size (very comfortable) couch that sleeps two, with sliding glass doors and privacy curtains and blinds, ceiling fans, 2 cable TV's in the lanai and master bedroom.
