Coconut Point Luxury Mall (located 10 minutes from Golf Villas) opens in November 2006, consisting of numerous popular upscale stores and restaurants. Barefoot Beach and Hickory Island Beaches are less than 6 miles. Various championship golf courses located within a 5 miles radius. Downtown Popular Naples 5th Avenue is about a 20 minute drive. Golf Villas is a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood with a tropical feel and all the amenities of home.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • There is a Security Deposit depending on length of stay along with a condo app fee $50-$100.
  • All rates are subject to change. Inquire about holiday weeks ... Rates may vary.
    April May 2008 - $750 per week Special Book one week and get the second week 1/2 rate
    June - September $550 per week
  • Book April May 2008, the nicest time of year in Southwest Florida. Book one week, get second week 1/2 off weekly rate.
    Accepting reservations for 2009 season. Monthly rates available, multiple months discounted. Please inquire.
