A discount is offered on stays of 14 nights or more. The rate for two weeks is $1960, including tax and cleaning from June 14 - November 2, 2013. Refundable security deposit of $100 is the only addition.
Additional refundable security deposit of $150 added to any rentals for dog guests.
All Vermont rental properties must be state certified to be in compliance with all fire safety regulations. Our home is fully certified; a certificate is posted in the home.

- Each full ceramic-tiled bathroom is unique and is private to its bedroom. The master bath with privacy window with river-view has a rain head shower as well as a hand held shower and two wall jets. A separate whirlpool tub for two overlooks the river. Double sinks, private commode, and a vanity complete this bath. Bathroom two has a spacious shower for two with a privacy window connected to its private bedroom and has two adjustable flow shower heads and designer sink. Bathroom three has a spacious custom-made angled shower area for two with two adjustable shower heads. Bathroom four has a whirlpool tub and shower with special safety glass enclosed shower area. A plentiful supply of towels is provided.
