Manistee House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A check or money order of 50% of your total reservation rate is due within 7 days of reservation.

A $350 Refundable Security Deposit is required at the time of full payment. The balance of the rental amount and the damage/security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 14 – 21 days after departure. If applicable, there is a Dog fee of $250 which is in addition to the security deposit and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation schedule is as follows: Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival is subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation 14-29 days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total stay. Cancellation 13-0 days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total stay (no refund).

Ski: Downhill Skiing, snowboarding, and cross country skiing is located approximately 30 minutes away or less.
Golf: Several great Golf Courses are located within minutes of Firefly Beach House right within Manistee. Arcadia Bluffs, rated one of the Top Ten Public Courses in the country by Golf Digest, is a mere 25 minutes north of Manistee. The Little River Casino is just six miles away.
