With Summer temperature rarely exceeding 85 degrees, and an average around the high 70's, this picturesque setting framed by Cottonwood trees is the ideal place visit year round. Surrounded by State National Recreation areas, this 6 year new Pueblo style vacation home offers hiking trails directly from the back yard, as well as good fishing from the tranquil Jemez River. Located in the village of Jemez Springs, cafes, galleries and hot springs are within walking distance. Many artists and writers call Jemez Springs home. A scenic 1 hour, 15 minute drive north of Albuquerque and a 1.5 hour drive east of Santa Fe. Natural hot and warm springs are 15 minutes away, while hiking trails are just out your back door. Cross country and downhill skiing are just 30 minutes away.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features views of Cat Mesa from the front and river views from the master bedroom. The house is fully equipped with all you would need. The living room features high ceilings, a gas fireplace and Mexican tile floors. The kitchen includes all appliances, cookware, dishes and flatware. Quality linens and towels are provided.
