Ski: In addition to Sol Vista Resort half a mile away, nearby ski areas include Winter Park/Mary Jane for downhill skiing and boarding, and Devil's Thumb Ranch and Snow Mountain Ranch for cross-country skiing.
Golf: Grand Lake Golf Course, Pole Creek Golf Club, Sol Vista Golf and Ski Ranch, Grand Elk Golf Course, and Rendezvous Golf Course are all five to fifteen minutes away.
