Florida. It is just minutes from the I-4 interchange at Champions
Gate. Quick access to the parks and luxury living combine in this
lovely home. Large bedrooms provide spacious living, and the living
and family rooms are equipped with elegant furnishings, three TVs,
a VCR/DVD player plus much more. The attached pool is fully
enclosed providing quiet privacy for your family as you lounge
poolside. New amenities include wireless Internet access and unlimited long distance phone calling. Resort Clubhouse with pool, playground and work out gym also available. Renter must be at least 25 years old. A Minimum stay is 5 nights. A refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve the home. Visa and MasterCard accepted

Our home is located in a gated resort community called Aviana in Davenport, Florida. It is just minutes from the I-4 interchange at Champions Gate and is just a 15 minute drive from Disney World Property. It is also a short drive from Sea World, Universal Studios and Kissimmee. There is great golf at Champions Gate and Providence which is across the street.
