West Dover House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $12,000/ season, if interested in multiple stays, but not full season, please contact me for rates.
- Owner prefers seasonal rental.
Rental includes lawn mowing.
Tenant is responsible for utilities.
If tenant would like Internet or expanded cable service, it will be made available at the tenant's expense. - The tenant provides linen and towels. If preferred, they can be provided for a fee of $100/week.
Cleaning services are optional during stay.
A minimum of a $120 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the house is not left in rent-able condition.
