Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fees $200-$275; ask manager for details
- We have a $500 up charge for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, and July 4th weeks.
Renters have the option of paying a $275 cleaning fee and leaving the house tidy; OR pay $200 fee and do the following: wash and dry at least one load of sheets or towels; clean all dishes and kitchen utensils; leave the grill clean; dispose of all opened food items; put all trash into supplied tie bags; put furniture and accessories back where you found them.
We collect a $500 reservation/refundable damage deposit per weekly rental or less; or $1000 deposit for rentals of two weeks or longer. The deposit does not apply to the rent but will be refunded within two weeks of departure, assuming no problems. Rent and fees are due in full 8 weeks in advance of the arrival date. No refunds are given unless the house is uninhabitable or unless we can re-rent for the same dates and rates. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance and we can recommend companies. - Pets considered on an individual basis with additional fees and signed pet agreement

- We have four bedrooms, one with a king and three with queen beds. The 3rd level king bedroom and 3rd level queen bedroom share a large Jack and Jill bath. Both of these bedrooms open onto an open deck with panoramic views of the ocean. Also on the 3rd level is a study with queen sleeper, kitchenette, private bath and private exit to the dune walkover. On the second (main) level are two bedrooms with private baths and direct access to the covered deck and ocean views. Both of these bedrooms have queen beds. We have a crib, pack and go, high chair, baby monitor, stair gate and other important baby equipment!
