Late Cancellation Rate Reduction: Christmas and New Years week. Our Cowee Woods property is 5 miles north of Main Street Franklin, NC just off Hwy 28....the foot hills of the Smokies. In is an easy drive to Bryson City, Cherokee, Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Sylva, Murphy, Nantahala etc. There are festivals and art/music events from spring to winter. Mountains, beautiful falls, lakes, whitewater and fishing rivers, snow skiing 30 minutes away in the winter. We have remodeled and decorated our home to make you feel like it is your second home. It is not rustic, but it is furnished in such a way to make you feel like you've been here before. The gas fireplace is a welcome treat on the chilly months. The view across the valleys of the Nantahala Mountains and overlooking the Little Tennessee River

Motorcycle Friendly: All access roads and driveway and parking at the home are paved asphalt. Plenty of room to park 8 or more motorcycles. Facilities for washing bikes, is near parking area. Tail of the Dragon is about 45+ minutes away...and the drive to the Tail is absolutely beautiful along the Little Tennessee River on beautiful winding Hwy 28.
