Puerto Vallarta Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate for 5-6 persons per night, add $40 Low, $60 High, and $75 Holiday/includes queen Murphy bed
- TERMS: 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates. The balance is due 60 days prior to Holiday arrival and 30 days prior to all other arrivals. Security deposit of $500 is refundable as long as there are no damages. Payment accepted by personal check or money order in US funds or online echeck from US bank accounts. Credit card payment available but convenience fee will apply. Contact owner for details.
- Maid service is included 2 scheduled days per week. Additional maid service is available at $300 pesos per day to be arranged and payable onsite.

- Custom made American size and quality pillow top mattresses, silky quilts, extra pillows, blankets and luxury linens are provided for your sleeping comfort. Pleasant cross ventilation, ceiling fans, and cool evenings during winter months and air conditioning during summer months when the evenings stay warm make for a restful night. Both bedrooms have ample closet space - the Master Bedroom has a walk in closet. Charming and comfortable furnishings and drapes with a subdued tropical motif provide an inviting and private retreat at the end of a perfect day. Alarm clock radios, nature sound machines, and reading lights in each bedroom. The Guest Bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into two extra-long twin beds. Deluxe conversion kit and linens make the converted king indistinguishable from a standard king bed. Queen Murphy Bed in sitting area off private patio has the same luxury mattress & linens. There is a charge for use of the Murphy Bed.
