Guest Reviews: Perfect! My wife and kids had to visit Az for unexpected business. We needed a safe, clean home, where they could live for two weeks. This home exceeded every expectation as follows: Location: Queen Creek is about 40 minutes from Phoenix. The house is close to shopping centers including a super Walmart. Everything you need is close to the home. Home: The house is three bedrooms and is perfect for families or those on business and vacation travel. It is very clean and very well decorated. You have a two-car garage, so you could not feel safer. That wouldn't matter anyway because the neighborhood is well-developed, having manicured lawns and neighbors who care how about the appearance of their homes. ? There are two pools (which are heated year round) and a golf course adjacent to the community. This house sits on the 6th green. The surroundings could not be nicer, and you could not feel safer. There is a full kitchen and eating area and you have all the utensils and appliances needed

This was the first time I have rented a house over the internet, and I must admit, I was a little worried that something might go wrong. This definitely was not the case here, as everything from payment agreements, to coordinating our arrival at the house to returning our deposit was handled promptly and professionally. The house itself exceeded all of our expectations, as everything was spotless, new and furnished very well.
