• $200 refundable security deposit required at time of booking.
• Check-In time: 4pm, check-out time 10am.
• 50% due upon booking. The balance is due 21 days prior to arrival.
• If cancellation is made within 21 days of arrival (30 days for all Holiday periods) 50% of total lodging is forfeited. Cancellations or no shows within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit 100% lodging fees.
• Units are cleaned and equipped with linens and towels prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning unit prior to departure. Cleaning supplies are provided. A $85 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit if unit is not left in satisfactory condition for next arrival.
