Tropical paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii. A romantic vacation awaits you in our deluxe condos. You are just steps away from the beach as you visit our beautiful oceanfront condos, located in the Casa De Emdeko complex, with all the amenities and conveniences of home. There are two great pools, one a saltwater pool with waves from the ocean crashing over the side. There is also a freshwater pool with lush gardens and fountains in the interior of the complex.

There is a barbecue with a cabana on the beach, where you can cook, socialize and watch the sunset. There is so much to do - swim on the shite sand beach (our favorite is Mauna Kea), or visit beachers with green, black, yellow or red sand, boogie board on the disappearing White Sands beach, surf, snorkel (our favorite spot is nearby Keahou Bay), dive day and night among lava caves, whale watch, swim with dolphins, watch sea life, visit Volcanoes National Park, and visit lush lava caves.

There is abundant night life with sunset cruises, walks on the beach to check out the gorgeous sunsets, or simply eat, drink and be merry.

We have two oceanfront condos next door to each other, one with a king-sized bed, the other a queen. Both units have queen-sized sofa-beds in the living rooms, so can comfortably sleep four. The units are recently refurbished and are sparkling clean. The bedrooms have ample closet/dresser space. The kitchens are fully stocked, with dishes, pots and pans, stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There are also laundry facilities in both units. There are dining areas and the living rooms sofa-couch, chair, TV, VCR/DVD and stereo.

The lanais offer ocean views and fresh sea breezes-the perfect place to kick back with a meal or morning coffee. The bathrooms have double sinks, all the linens and towels, plus blow dryers.

There are so manu activities to experience on the Big Island. Our favorites include swimming at the white sand beach at Mauna Kea, snorkeling at nearby Keauhou Bay with sea turtles, tropical fish and manta rays, along with the simple pleasures of swimming in the pools and checking out the sunsets. Other possibilities go on and on: hiking in Volcanoes National Park, fishing, diving at night, surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, kayaking, sea cruises, mule and horseback riding. waterfalls in Hilo - Akaka and Hikiau - with swimming in the cool pools below, running in the Iron Man, dancing the hula at a luau, whale watching, swimming with dolphins, watching lava flow to the sea, visiting the City of Refuge, observing Hawaiian cowboys at work, leisurely sipping Kona coffee while munching macadamia nuts, and learning about Hawaiian history, culture and music.
