No refund for cancellation within 14 days of your arrival date. 50% deposit at time of reservation booking. If payment is by Personal or Cashier's Checks, full payment is required within 14 days of your arrival date. If by credit card, the balance is due 7 days before arrival. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly. - Check-in at 3:00 PM; check-out at 10:00 AM Sharp.
